U.S. Dermatology Partners Flower Mound

Everyone was great! Staff was great, Dawn is very knowledgeable and was able to identify one of my issues before entering the room based on the notes the nurse took. She is the 1st one after seeing a few docs that was able to identify and provide a plan. I will definitely go back again and highly suggest anyone that needs a dermatologist to go there.

Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with an experience I had with US Dermatology Partners, Flower Mound location. I’ve had a growth on my nose for as long as I can remember. It has slowly continued to grow over the years. To my knowledge, it posed no negative health concerns – more cosmetic than anything. However, I had a former colleague that asked me to get it looked at multiple times. I made a promise to him that I would. Unfortunately, said colleague passed away, so I wanted to keep my word and get it looked at in honor of him. Also, I’m currently looking for a new job – so I figured a little “bondo on the moneymaker” wouldn’t hurt with a little confidence boost. I submitted a form online requesting more information on the new patient process, possible pricing ranges etc. I received a call back and subsequent voicemail from a staff member (no name was left) stating that more information (such as insurance etc.) would be needed to answer some of the questions I had. Completely understandable. I attempted to return their call to provide these details, however; the IVR system is clunky, and it took me a while to reach a human. I finally reached someone and they essentially said if you don’t know who called you, I can’t help you, no one here answers general questions etc. I said thank you, I’ll find help elsewhere and ended the call. In fairness – I never received any services etc., but the customer experience is drastically lacking.
